Although many kids had some positive experiences here, my child (along with 5 of their friends) were told by the teachers "don't tell your parents" - when it came to their struggles with school work or conflict/bullying situations at school. THE thing you don't say to kids! My friends who had kids with extra needs couldn't get proper supports in place - and a few of the parents were told they weren't allowed to talk to their teacher any more after they were advocating for their kids! We have pulled our child, as you can imagine!
