Claiming your listing

If you operate a licensed childcare centre and your business already has a listing on KinderPage, you can claim it to manage hours, fees, programs, photos, and family inquiries. Claiming is free.

How to claim

• Find your centre on KinderPage and click "Claim this listing."
• Sign up for a provider account using your business email.
• Choose a verification method to prove you operate the centre.

Verification methods

We support four ways to verify ownership. You only need one to succeed.

• Email. We send a code to the listed business email. Fastest if your domain matches the centre.
• SMS. We send a code to the listed business phone. Works for most Canadian centres.
• Phone. A KinderPage team member calls the listed number to confirm.
• Document upload. Submit your provincial childcare licence or a utility bill matching the centre's address. Documents are encrypted at rest and reviewed within two business days.

After verification

Once you are verified, your provider dashboard unlocks. You can then update your listing, respond to waitlist applications, and message families.
