How KinderPage works for families

Published:May 6, 20261 min read28 views

A short walkthrough of the KinderPage journey, from search to enrolment, and what we handle versus what happens directly with the centre.

KinderPage helps you find childcare in Canada and connect with the centres that fit your family. From the moment you start searching to the day a centre offers your child a spot, we keep things simple, transparent, and free.

The journey at a glance

  • Search and discover. Browse listings by city, age group, or program type. Each listing includes hours, fees, programs, photos, and verified contact details.
  • Send an inquiry. Message a centre directly with questions or to request a tour. Providers reply through KinderPage so your conversation is in one place.
  • Submit a waitlist application. Add your child to a centre's waitlist. We track the application status for you, end to end.
  • Receive an offer. When a spot opens and the centre is ready to enrol your child, you get an offer through KinderPage.
  • Accept and enrol. Once you accept, the centre takes over directly. Registration paperwork, fees, and ongoing care happen with the centre.

What KinderPage does not handle

We focus on the pre-enrolment part of the journey. Once a centre accepts your child, anything that follows (registration contracts, tuition, daily attendance, tax receipts) happens between you and the centre directly. KinderPage never collects fees from parents.
